A FREE course helping artisans expand their knowledge of essential fiberglass tools, materials, PPE, material handling and where to source it all!
You’ve spent years mastering your craft. You know how to build things, solve problems, and deliver results. But when it comes to fiberglass mold making and composite fabrication, it feels like starting over. The precast knowledge you rely on doesn't always translate.
Curious about fiberglass but don't know where to start.
Information online feels completely fragmented.
Everyone recommends different materials and suppliers.
Not sure what tools actually matter (and what's a waste of money).
Trying to apply familiar concrete methods to unfamiliar composite materials.
The best material is not necessarily the most familiar material.
When we shift mediums, we often carry our old constraints with us. We try to build fiberglass molds the same way we build concrete forms. This curriculum breaks down those inherited assumptions, showing you why experienced composite fabricators approach problems differently.

I spent years in precast fabrication before discovering the advantages of composites. I learned through trial, error, and ruined molds. I'm not teaching from the other side of the bridge - I'm sharing the exact workflow adjustments, material choices, and hard-won lessons that helped me cross it.

Sometimes the best solution is the least obvious one. These are the overlooked techniques that save time, reduce friction, and solve structural headaches when you're transitioning from traditional precast to composite fabrication.

Forget wrestling with messy silicone caulk. Simple modeling dough creates perfectly smooth, radius-controlled fillets in seconds that release cleanly off your fiberglass parts.

Stop buying expensive melamine for one-off projects. Hardboard tile board is cheap, rigid, and its factory-smooth surface requires virtually zero prep to achieve a flawless flange edge.

A bulletproof registration system. Scrap blocks of HDPE pinned with thickened epoxy create self-releasing, impossibly tight alignment keys for multi-part molds that won't degrade over time.

When I first started exploring fiberglass mold making, I spent a lot of time and money learning lessons the hard way.
I bought materials I didn't need, used products that weren't well suited for composites, and tried solving composite problems with methods I already knew from the precast world.
This course is the resource I wish I had when I started.
It's a collection of the tools, materials, suppliers, shop systems, and practical lessons that helped accelerate my journey from precast fabrication into composite mold making.
